Team Nintendo consists of 4 individuals who form a intelligent entrepreneurial group that strive to find the most innovative business idea for investors to maximise profits and prosperity for the business. Our roles for each individual member is as follows
Team Efficiency Coach - Rebecca Olsthoorn - Although some groups call it a "Team Leader", we believe everyone is an equal individual and contributes the same amount. By having a "leader", it may make people feel less important, or their opinion is invalid. Rebecca's main role will be to help each individual with any queries and to make suggestions to improve each persons work. She will motivate and monitor the progress to make sure each person is on task to complete their tasks by due date. If she believes progress is no adequate, she will then work out the process to help and get the task back on track. Her sole purpose is to achieve group success.
Team Representative - Jamie Butler - As Team Representative, Jamie's main purpose is to be the "voice" behind the group. All public dealings and talking with investors will be directed through Jamie. He will take suggestions and criticism from outsiders and try to effectively initiate them into the businesses goals and plans.
Team Information Officer - Anthony Cortellazzi - Anthony's purpose is to take notes during team meetings and note the important details and decisions that are made. He will take note of who attends and who doesn't, and write down when meetings will take place, and who will do what. It is an important job and needs to be monitored closely.
Team Reflection Officer – Kyle Coates – As Team Reflection Officer, Kyle’s sole purpose is to point out the good and the bad with the team and the project. He strives to reflect both good and bad points with peoples ideas, solely to improve the teams projects and success. As discussed, all opinions are accepted and should be constructively taken on board.
